Who Needs Prince Charming

I guess we all need a good cry sometimes or at least feel like we do. That was me, that was the other day. I can't explain, I can't put my finger on just one thing causing the waters to rise but they were just under the surface. My day had clouded over, there was no light, no warmth, the walls were closing in tighter and tighter. On the inside I was drowning in tears, but no one knew, I never let on, I simply pulled out the mask with the frozen smile and carried on. I wish I could say my Prince Charming rode in and saved the day, but alas, his GPS must still be broken, he has yet to ride in and carry me off into the sunset. But who needs a Prince Charming, I have you, my friends, my blogging family. Thank you for always being there..................

FWIW: I'm also on the lookout for Prince Charming, so if I see him I'll give you a shout. You do the same, too, okay? Meanwhile we'll all get each other's back. HUG!

Prince Charming never comes riding in.
You stumble over him when you are not looking and even when you least want him to show up.
Them's the rules.

Keep the faith, Stephen. Sometimes Prince Charming rides in too fast and swoops the wrong man off his feet. But we will be here for you.

When those tears want to fall, go find a quiet private place and let 'em go. Also, what Ur-Spo said. Sometimes when you least expect it. I was seeing someone else when I met my Superman, and he was just getting over a toxic relationship and wanted nothing to do with dating or romance. We've been together for 26 years.

I hope you find someone who matches your needs, and soon!

A good cry, that is the cool thing about gay men, we can appreciate a good cry. Friday was my blubber day and when the stress builds until you can't take it any more, well crap there is nothing wrong with letting go!
I discovered that Prince Charming will never ride up and find you when you are hiding, uh-oh, know what I'm saying, and he certainly is not on craigslist so don't even think of looking there!

Hope you feel better.

Hi Steven. I'm back in the blog world (I used to be Cape Town Guy). I agree with the good cry thing. I do it. And as for Prince Charming.. I lost mine 3 months ago but we got back together. I am hoping he doesn't plan on riding away again though.

that was me last weekend, I watched, P.S. I love you, and Martian Child both on the same day. Sometimes you do need a good cry, sometimes you need a prince charming too! Here's to kissing lots of frogs, till we find our prince charming.

I am so glad that I can blubber once in awhile and not feel any less of man for it.

Your soulmate is standing in the wings. I do hope as you do that he does not miss his que.

I agree with a comment earlier. That soulmate will appear from and unplanned moment, an almost hap-hazzard moment. It will just happen.

Man I wish I could just give you a wet sloppy kiss and a hug.
