Artist: Jay Brannan Song: Housewife Bio: www.jaybrannan.com/page2.html
Have you heard of Jay Brannan? I had not, until I came across him this week while blog hopping (can't remember which blog, sorry) so I had to google him. Take a listen and see if you like him, as much as I do.

chorus i wanna have his baby i wanna wear his ring he drives me fuckin crazy i am his everything
chorus
2nd chorus i wanna be a housewife what’s so wrong with that can’t wait ‘til he’s in my life, yeah cuz we haven’t met
Peter, love the lyrics and especially the transition of the video, from the beginning backdrop of where the song begins and then it ends back where it began with the ending lyrics:
can’t wait ‘til he’s in my life, yeah cuz we haven’t met
we haven’t met yet… we haven’t met yet…
sort of fits, doesn't it?
java, glad you like it. Sorry, I haven't taken the time to properly welcome you to the Closet. New friends are always welcomed, please drop by anytime, the light is always on and the door although not fully open is always left slightly ajar for visitors and friends. (((hugs))) for comments.
As for Jay, Are you familiar with his other songs? I downloaded four songs from his CD(?) entitled "Unmastered": "Half Boyfriend", "Body's a Temple", "26-hour Day", and "Unstable Boy". I first encountered him via NewNowNext videos on Logo. It was the song "Body's a Temple". "Half Boyfriend" is kind of neat, too. I was not familiar with this one. I will need to look for it.
lemuel, I'll have to give Peter a (((HUG)) for sending you over. Welcome to the "Closet" feel free to rummage around, the light is always on, the door always slightly ajar for new friends to become old friends. As for as Jay, I've only recently became familiar with him/his work. Some of the songs are kinda raw but I like his style, his writings, and of course, he is easy on the eyes. ;)
steve and warren, I'm sure some critics would say a little too personal, but we all have critics. When he starts the chorus in the above video,(i wanna have his baby) his smile says it all, cute, sexy, just a bit michevious............

I think he's good...he has some raw songs..but they have personal feeling.
He is easy on the eyes for sure. :-)
