All my days, all my nights, flowing seamlessly into one . . . no rest . . . no peace . . . no quiet. . .no time to think . . . I'm so tired.

Honey, try to clear your mind and try to step down from the workplace threadmill, they can do without you for just a day. A burnout takes far longer to cure!
I can only reiterate what the other gentlemen have said. You have to be first priority right now. Have a Stephen day. Do what you like to do most. ((((Stephen))))
I think we all have moments of shear exhaustion. It is imperative that once you've recognized it you take measures to relax and rest your weary soul. A brief respite will recharge you to be more productive and effective.

mentally or physically tired?
each one would have its own tonic. make time to unwind and make time to sleep. make this a priority.
